Good morning from Maine where I'm getting ready for two straight weeks of travel starting tomorrow with a trip to Discovery's headquarters for a forum titled Beyond the Textbook. Then I'm off to the Teacher2Teacher conference in Medicine Hat, Alberta, then to The American School in Lugano, Switzerland before coming home for EdCamp Maine. Week in Review - From Flat to Flying

Good morning from Maine where signs of spring are starting to show despite the snow that is still in my yard. I've had a busy seven days since the last week in review. It started with a flat tire in the pouring rain and ended with a flight home from North Carolina where I spent three days presenting at the NCTIES conference or as Rushton Hurley called it, the Neck Ties Conference. I had the great privilege to speak to many fantastic educators and leaders in the field of educational technology. One of the highlights of the week for me was, after years of reading their works, meeting David Warlick, Tammy Worcester, and Kathy Schrock.

Week in Review - The Snow is Back and I Am Too

Good morning from Maine where the snow has returned and I have too. Week in Review - The New Desk Edition

Good morning from Maine where I'm using the new workspace that I set up this week. The "some assembly required" aspect of the new desk confirmed that although I enjoy watching This Old House, I will never be mistaken for Norm Abram. I do, however, find my posture while typing to be much improved now that I'm not working from a coffee table, my kitchen table, or my lap. Perhaps my improved posture will increase my blogging productivity too.
